One wouldn’t find as much variety in cuisines in the earlier days of Hyderabad as it is now. It was much more restricted and limited to the usual things available. Nobody really made the effort, except for a few, to try out new types of food. Thanks to the New Age Revolution, there are ten thousand things to offer, not just food, but every element.
People are more spontaneous and ready for the water to be tested! One of the first types of cuisine to enter India, mainly Hyderabad, was Chinese food and it spread so much so that every street would have at least one Chinese fast food stall where the dishes are given a desi touch as its pretty bland with all its spices and would not suit the typical Indian palate.
